Operations Manager
The Operations Manager will provide expertise and leadership to a growing, technically complex organisation. He or she will be responsible for manufacturing, supply chain, maintenance and calibration functions and will be able to deal with both R&D and routine manufacturing operations. The focus of this role is to ensure that all manufacturing requirements are achieved in an efficient and timely manner.
As an experienced operations leader you will bring hands-on, technical expertise to the company, helping us deliver on our goals and objectives. Working for a vibrant, growing organisation will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to make your mark and implement your ideas. With a strong interest in how products work chemically, fluidically, mechanically and electrically you will be confident in implementing and improving manufacturing processes for our newly designed products.
Working across all customer projects with activities extending from early concept to full scheduled development and manufacture (under ISO13485 jurisdiction) you will have a sound understanding of procurement, materials and logistics functions as well as maintenance and calibration activities.
Manufacturing Technician
As a Manufacturing Technician your role will be to produce components and assemblies that will be ultimately used to create a medical (diagnostic) device. You will work on both R&D and routine manufacturing projects where the finished diagnostic could be used to help diagnose COVID-19, cancer or to support a diabetic manage their blood glucose level. Whatever the product or project, quality is paramount.
NPI Scientist
As a qualified scientist you will bring hands-on, technical expertise to the company. Having gained experience in the laboratory, you will understand in-vitro diagnostics and may have some specific experience in reagent development and common assay detection methods. With an interest in how products work chemically, mechanically and fluidically it is probable that your work experience goes beyond the science lab. As a contract business, we work on multiple projects simultaneously, and it will be a requirement for this role to operate across multiple short term projects. This brings a lot of variety and requires people who are both willing and able to investigate and develop new processes in unison with our design control process. Working for a start-up organisation will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to make your mark and implement your ideas. Your time will be spent working on some of our customer specific contract, performing ad hoc scientific investigations, and also working on internal development programmes.
Product Development Scientist
As a qualified scientist you will bring hands-on, technical expertise to the company. Having gained experience in the laboratory, you will understand in-vitro diagnostics and may have some specific experience in reagent development and common assay detection methods. As a contract business, we work on multiple projects simultaneously. This brings a lot of variety and requires people who are both willing and able to develop new products and processes in unison with our design control process. Working for a start-up organisation will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to make your mark and implement your ideas. Your time will be spent working on some of our customer specific contracts (developing and producing diagnostic products on their behalf), and also working on internal development programmes.
